How long is the lead time? Is it affected by the port of departure and peak season?+
Stock sizes (DN50–DN300, PN16) ship in 15–20 days; non-standard and coated units take 30–45 days. We ship from Ningbo port; during the peak season (June–September each year) allow an extra 10 days.
Can you supply a sample first for selection and pressure testing?+
Yes, we can supply 1 paid sample, credited against a bulk order. The sample ships with the material certificate, valve dimensional drawing and API 6D factory records; testing is carried out by a mutually approved third-party laboratory, which issues the report.
Which inspection and customs documents are supplied with the goods?+
Each unit ships with the nameplate, material certificate (EN 10204 3.1), valve dimensional drawing and API 6D factory test records; bulk orders can include third-party inspection (SGS/Intertek). EU orders also come with the PED 2014/68/EU declaration of conformity and CE marking documentation.
How are payment terms and packing and shipping set?+
Usual terms are 30% T/T in advance and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading; unsecured letters of credit are not accepted. Export packing is fumigated wooden crates with steel strapping, FOB Ningbo or CIF to major ports; we can also use your designated pallets.
